What is Fellowship and Congregational Care (FCC) Ministry Team all about?
Sometimes we assume everyone knows what Karen and I are talking about when we say FCC. Truth be told not everyone does so this month we decided to put a brief article in the Messenger to tell you our story.
FCC is all about caring for the members of St. Matthew Lutheran Church and friends in many and various ways.
Congregational Care Activities:
- Eucharistic visitors
- Stephen Ministry
- Tea and Talk
- Healing prayers on Sunday morning
Caring Board with names of members who might
- like a call or card
- Funeral receptions
- Gifts and visits to shut-ins
