We need some help! Can you spare a few hours to assist with our annual fall cleanup at St. Matthew Lutheran Church?
We’re gathering on Saturday, November 23rd, from 9 m to noon to prepare the church property for the winter season and upcoming holidays. This is a great opportunity to help out, enjoy fresh air, and join in fellowship.
There’s work to be done both inside and outside the church.
Indoors, we’ll be deep cleaning several areas, including polishing pews, cleaning windows, dusting, and sprucing up the sanctuary and library. If you prefer to work inside, please bring cleaning supplies and rags.
Outside, we will focus on raking leaves, tidying the garden beds, and cleaning up the parking lot. Volunteers for outdoor work are encouraged to bring rakes, blowers, tarps, and any gardening gear they have on hand.
