It provides scholarships to women leaders from around the world as they respond to God’s call to ministry. And it funds investments in evangelism, education, and church expansion.
Family Promise of Burlington County
Thank you for your generous donation of $1,500 and your consistent support, we have helped 454 families and over 900 children since we first started operating in 1997.
The last two years have been difficult. We are now sheltering 2-3 families at a time in area motels, which is an expensive solution. We routinely get more calls than we can handle and it has been heartbreaking to turn away families that are desperate for our help.
There have been some bright spots. We kicked off a new homelessness prevention program in 2021. We’re really excited about it, because what better way to address the problem of housing insecurity than to prevent families from losing their homes in the first place? Through this program we provide direct financial assistance to families at risk of eviction or foreclosure to keep them in their homes
