- If your child has attended Sunday School at Saint Matthew: Please fill out an Annual Contact Form for each child. Like public school, we ask for updated information each year.
- For new families – We need a Registration Form for each household (which we keep on file for their years of Sunday School with us) AND an Annual Contact Form for each child.

Opportunities for Sunday School Children & Families to Serve in Worship
Presentation of Worship Gifts: Wine & Bread
NEW: Starting October, we plan to schedule all Sunday School families to help bring forward the wine & bread during Sunday worship. Each family would do so about 2-3 times/year. We hope that children will feel more engaged during worship by having a role in it.
Youth, Musical Gifts & Worship
Does your son or daughter play a musical instrument? We would like to invite youth in 5th – 12th grades to play instruments in the worship service: as a prelude, anthem or to accompany the choir or parts of the liturgy. This is a another way to engage youth in worship and an opportunity for them to share their musical gifts with the congregation. Our Cantor, David Harp, would be happy to work with your son or daughter, please let him know if you’re interested.
