Step Up to Serve: Join Our Stephen Ministry Leadership Team This Spring!
Spring training has started for baseball with all the teams are getting ready for another season. There is an expectation of growth, team building, achievement, and success. The leaders work to create this cohesive organization by being well trained themselves.
Likewise, Stephen Ministry Leadership Spring training has been scheduled by ministry headquarters in St Louis.
To make the ministry successful a team of committed leaders is needed to provide the training, organization, and administration. Currently we have two Stephen Leaders, Sue Kuhn, and Trish Myers.
We need more leaders.
Anyone with gifts in leadership, organization, teaching, and administration can be a Stephen Leader, whether they have been through Stephen Minister training or not.
Spring Training courses for Stephen Leaders has been scheduled to begin in late April and early June. the series of on-line classes will be taught by the amazing trainers who have facilitated seminars all over the country. The classes are now being presented on-line so there is no commitment to be away from home for a week. The good news is there is money available in the Stephen Ministry budget to cover the cost of this program.
