Resurrection of Our Lord – Easter Sunday

“Christ is risen” “He is risen indeed. Alleluia!”

This greeting has been exchanged on Easter for almost 2000 years. Easter Sunday is the heart of the whole Christian year. It’s the reason Christians worship on Sunday which is the day Christ was raised from the dead. Each Sunday of the church year is a little Easter, but on Easter Sunday, we pull out all the stops and laugh death, sin and evil in the face – Ha! You don’t have the last Word, God does! Alleluia!
