Join MEND for its Annual Celebration as we return to the “Fabulous Fifties.” Celebrating 45 years of service providing decent, safe affordable housing, MEND invites one and all to come in their best cocktail or black tie attire and enjoy dinner and dancing! Swing back to the “chrome plated” fifties and enjoy the musical stylings of Jump City Jazz and the comedic genius of Tom Ryan.
For 45 years, MEND has been an advocate for affordable housing in southern New Jersey. It is a private, non-profit, housing development organization founded by several Moorestown Churches in 1969. MEND is dedicated to providing “safe, affordable rental housing to households of low and moderate income.” Today, MEND consists of 717 residential units in 29 locations throughout southern NJ and houses more than 1,000 individuals.
