The Fellowship and Congregational Care (FCC) committee is excited to announce a group outing to see the Wilmington Blue Rocks take on the Jersey Shore Blue Claws. This is a perfect, affordable event for individuals and families to enjoy together.
As an alternative to the rising prices and limited availability of Phillies games, we’re heading to Frawley Stadium in Wilmington to cheer on the Blue Rocks, the Phillies’ High-A affiliate. You’ll see some of the future stars of Philadelphia baseball right here!

- What: Wilmington Blue Rocks vs. Jersey Shore Blue Claws
- When: Saturday, August 16, 2025. Gates open at 5:15 p.m., first pitch is at 6:05 p.m.
- Where: Frawley Stadium, Wilmington, DE
- Cost: Tickets are only $16.00 each, and parking is free!
- Special Promotion: The first 1,000 people through the gates will receive a free floppy hat!
The ballpark experience is full of fun for everyone. Be sure to get photos with the team mascot, Rocky the Moose, who roams the stadium. And keep an eye out for the legendary Mr. Celery—the other Blue Rocks mascot who only emerges from his cave when the home team scores! .

The stadium also offers plenty of food and drink options, including fan-favorite Chickie and Pete’s, and a shop for Blue Rocks merchandise There’s a “Stalker’s Bar” where beer and other drinks can be had. Of course, there is a shop where all sorts of Blue Rocks merch can be purchased.
