The Older Wiser Lutheran Seniors have planned a Trip to Hindu Mandir in Robbinsville, NJ on Thursday, May 3rd. We will be departing St. Matthew at 9am.
A Mandir is a Hindu place of worship. Artisans and volunteers gave 4.7 million hours to its completion. It is a beautiful facility comprised of 13,499 pieces of carved stone. NOTE: SHOES ARE NOT PERMITTED IN THE MANDIR. SOCKS OR A NON-SKID SOCK WILL BE ACCEPTABLE.
We will leave St. Matthew 9am, as our tour begins 10:30am. Lunch will follow at Villa Barone (in Robbinsville) which costs $25; check payable to “50-Plus OWLS.” Menu will be on the bulletin board, please sign up by Sunday, 4/29. Drivers are needed. If you have questions, please see Bob Ganskopp.
