As we enter the Christmas season and look forward to 2022, it is a time to reflect on our blessings. Our community continues to support the pantry. When the shelves are almost bare, we receive donations large and small from individuals, families and groups. Food and monetary donations, all of which help us. SMLC gives us the gift of space for which we are thankful. We are here for anyone who needs us.

Update! ~ Food Drive for Moorestown Ministerium Food Pantries
Many thanks to the Knights of Columbus for refilling empty shelves with their very generous November Food Drive.

Epiphany Celebration (In-person & Zoom) Sunday, Jan. 9, 11AM Activity Time
There will be something for everyone… Pinatas in the gym, music, crafts and food! Pastor Eric will share the story of the 3 Kings/Magi and we will be singing “The Twelve Days of Christmas.”
Adult Fellowship Nights ~ 1/21/22
By popular request Adult Fellowship Nights on Zoom will begin Friday, Jan. 21, 7PM (the 3rd Friday). We had so much fun last winter laughing and playing all the crazy games that Karen provided for us. Mark your calendars!
Looking Ahead:
Fastnacht Celebration (In-person & Zoom) Sunday, Feb. 27, 11AM Activity Time
No pancake dinner yet for this year, but lots of fun and donuts during the Activity Time.
Adult Art & Craft Show~ March 2022 TBD
We have so many talented people at St. Matthew, and this will be a chance to enjoy each other’s work. In March (date TBD) we will have an Art Show, so winter is a great time to start something new to display or decide on a completed item.
Looking Back:
Looking back for a moment—The Matt Wheeler Concert was so enjoyable that we hope to offer another one but with a different artist in the spring. Stay tuned.
Slowly and carefully, we are going to be able to do more—with God’s constant love and care we are moving ahead.
Thank you everyone for your patience, Karen Widin and Peggy Marks
