FELLOWSHIP & CONGREGATION CARE

The word that most accurately describes the FCC Team right now is Planning as we look forward to St. Matthew returning to a more pre-COVID normal, but with lots of new events thrown in for our enjoyment and fellowship.

Starting Sun., Sept. 19th FCC will be hosting Fellowship Time following the 9:30am service each week. We are looking forward to many of you joining in the opportunity to provide goodies (either homemade or store bought) to serve our friends following service. Coffee, tea and water will also be provided.

On Tues., Sept. 21st at 7pm, which is the Feast of St. Matthew, Pastor Eric Trozzo will be installed as our pastor by Bishop Bartholomew and we will be providing refreshments following the service for guests and members. Karen and Peggy have met with Pastor Eric to find out his wishes—appetizers, wine and chocolate chip cookies will be among the offerings. Why Chocolate Cookies?…Because they are his favorite and he is not a big sweets lover! More information about events and activities for the fall will be forthcoming in the September Messenger.
