Learning to Love Better: Our Commitment to Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion
The purpose of this committee is to empower individuals to acknowledge and respond respectfully when addressing difficult situations and conversations.
Our goals are two-fold:
- Learning to learn Clarifying, Redirecting and Probing (CPR) to divert our conversations when shocked or dismayed by someone else’s opinion.
- Learn to support and show love toward all of God’s children and be aware of the abuses that they have encountered.
Each month selected groups, corresponding to the calendar, will be named and resources given to help us become better informed. Our monthly meetings will be listed in all the church’s communications. Please feel free to join us and add your voice.
