Christmas Eve 2020

Christmas Eve Children’s Activity and Family Devotion

Join in for elements of worship, crafts, and songs intended for children and families. If possible, have with you the following materials: paper in 3 or 4 different colors (any type will do, from construction paper to paper bags to magazine pages; having some yellow and brown is preferred); glue, scissors, an ELW hymnal*, and a candle. The video will be available beginning at noon on Dec. 24 to watch at your convenience.

*ELW hymnals are available in a tote outside the main church doors.

Christmas Eve Worship

Please join our pre-recorded Christmas Eve worship, with the video available beginning at noon on Dec. 24 to watch at your convenience. It would be helpful to have an ELW hymnal* and a candle for the service. The service will be in the style of a lessons and carols service, with newly recorded music and music from previous years included.

*ELW hymnals are available in a tote outside the main church doors.

Zoom Fellowship and “Silent Night” Singing

In order to have a chance to see one another during our Christmas celebration, we will have a Zoom fellowship time at 7:00 pm on Dec. 24; the link will be provided in the Dec. 24 eblast. Join in to see one another and bring your Christmas wishes to one another. Then at 8:00, you are invited to join with members of other congregations of the New Jersey Synod and churches across the country in stepping outside to sing “Silent Night.” You are encouraged to have your own lit candle while you sing.
