Due to COVID-19 precautions, Oaks Integrated Care will not be hosting its’ Annual Gift Drive; however, they are still committed to providing children, families, and residents at their group homes with Christmas gifts. The Social Ministry has donated $500 to Oaks Integrated Care to support their mission, which they were extremely grateful to receive. I look forward to resuming our Annual Giving Tree Drive next year.
If your family would like to purchase a toy for a child this holiday season, St. Matthew is collecting gifts for the Burlington County Sheriff’s Department 25th Annual Toy Drive. Please drop off unwrapped gifts Sun. 9-10:30am; Tues.- Wed.-Thurs. 9:30-Noon (its probably a good idea to call the office 235-2055 X. 1 to make sure doors are open) and place it in the bin inside the church doors. We will be collecting until Sun., Dec. 13th.
The gifts will be distributed by the Sheriff’s Department to the following local agencies: the New Jersey Division of Child Protection and Permanency, Oaks Integrated Care in Mt. Holly, Christian Caring Center in Pemberton Township, Providence House, Sisterhood in Burlington City, Servicios Latinos de Burlington County, Foster and Adoptive Family Services of Princeton, and House of God in Delran.
