9th Grade Confirmation Mentor Dinner

Letter to Next Year’s Confirmation Students…
This coming year, you are going to have a blast.
You will not only be helping people, but you will be having a great time doing it. During class, you will be learning, but you will be having tons of fun doing it. The lessons you are going to be learning aren’t going to be what you think. You will be learning the materials for church—you will just be taught it in fun ways.
Lessons will sometimes be used through card games, board games, crafts, etc. You will also take trips to different places to help people out—for example, last year our youth group class went to Ocean City to clean the beaches after the devastating Hurricane Sandy. We also went to a soup kitchen in Camden to feed the homeless and less fortunate than us. Some trips you take will be just for fun, too. There will be so many fun activities during class. Overall, you will have a very good time this year. — Kaiden.
