The Task Force noted that both New Jersey and the CDC have been updating their guidance for gatherings. We decided to use the following guidelines going forward for gatherings at St Matthew, indoors and outside:
- If you are vaccinated – it is your choice whether to wear a mask
- If you are not yet vaccinated, please be mindful of others (especially those who cannot yet be vaccinated like our little ones).
- If you are near a child or someone who you know isn’t vaccinated, please do wear a mask.
- Social distancing is still being observed, in accordance with New Jersey and CDC guidance.
We will continue fogging the building on a regular basis.
We plan to continue Communion in the pew, probably until the fall.
