Let’s share summer memories!
I hope everyone is having a wonderful summer — where have you vacationed this year? Karen Widin suggested using the board above the coffee to share our travels with each other. Feel free to use the blue tape to post a picture, or write on one of the pre-posted index cards. It will be fun to see where everyone is visiting!
Have you noticed the youth after service in the Shockey Lounge? It’s wonderful when groups come together and have a special place to share. Recently, our youth have been treated to special sermons with Pastor Peggy. They enjoyed Christmas in July, complete with handmade stockings from Pastor Peggy during the children’s sermon. The week prior, they received slinkies — representing life’s ups and downs — complete with the knowledge that God is always with them.

Sunday, Aug. 9
Walk or drive to Brain Freeze on Main Street following the service. A sweet way to spend a summer Sunday together.
Tuesday, Aug. 25
Tie-Dye in the parking lot! Please bring your own item to dye. Meet in the parking lot — dress for a mess.
Sunday, Sept. 13 · 9:30 a.m.
First Day of Sunday School! Our amazing teachers are excited to welcome all children ages 3 and up. Join us in Fellowship Hall, 9:30–10:15 a.m.
Update on Our Call Process
I am thankful to all who are praying for our congregation during the Call Process. We are entering the Ministry Site Profile stage. We will be gathering data in various ways to compile our profile for the Bishop. This profile will be used to help match with pastors.
I am looking forward to this reflective process and hearing from all members during this time.
