While visiting with others during fellowship after Worship, enjoy a cup of coffee or tea from our new coffee station. The new community bulletins boards and new Sign-Up Station are continually being updated. our two bulletin boards and the new Sign-Up Station for events on the far table.
If you’re new to using coffee pods, just ask a friend to show you how to use the coffeemaker. It’s easy. The new coffee maker will reduce waste and allow you to chose your beverage.
The pods are recycleable. Please place them in the basket next to the coffee maker. We recycle them monthly.
Serve on Council
Have you considered serving on the congregational council? Council meetings are the 3rd Tuesday evening each month, and members of council are elected to a 3-year term. There are several positions that will be elected at the congregational meeting on June 7. If you are interested, you can find out more from Heather Lerch, the current council president.
Annual Reports—Deadline May 29th
In preparation for the annual congregational Ministry Meeting on June 7 all groups of the congregation should submit their annual report by Friday May 29. This is to insure adequate production time for the June Messenger and the annual report. Please send in any photos you have to illustrate your work. The chair of each group is responsible for ensuring that a report is submitted to the office by that date.
